Pros: Nothing whatsoever.

Cons: It was a terrible experience. The car was on its last legs and the customer service I received was quite honestly the worst I have ever received in my life. The rep was incredibly unfriendly, aggressive and condescending. Do yourself a favour and never go here.

Pros: I did not get charged anything extra. I paid the price originally agreed via the reservation.

Cons: Customer service is non-existent. I noticed on both occasions - when picking up and dropping off my car - some horrendous customer service, some in fact aggressive and threatening.

Pros: Fast and efficient, good English spoken and we were on our way within minutes.

Cons: Office was closed when we returned the car. Luckily we noticed a telephone number sign on the desk inside. We called the number and the staff member arrived by car in around ten minutes, but given that we'd already waited about ten minutes before spotting the sign inside it was a bit of a delay.

Pros: Friendliness of the Addcar agent.

Cons: There was a queue at the desk when we got there, the desk wasn’t directly at the airport so had to treck with all the luggage up a hill and it took ages to actually get the car as there was a queue of other people before us. Probably 40 minutes.

Cons: Was stung for 20 euros, said it was for roadside assistance, when I got a closer look at my contract, I was fully insured including roadside assistance. Lady in reception was miserable and not very friendly.

Cons: The car was in a fairly ‘Tatty’ condition. A lot of scrapes and dents and the interior of the car wasn’t very clean. Seat were quite stained.
