Pros: Aida's agent Vangelis at Larnaca Airport could not have been more efficient or helpful ,he explained everything so easily & even offered to accompany us to the petrol station to refill the car when we returned it.... outstanding service

Cons: Everything went as advertised... although our flight was delayed, Vangelis the agent texted us immediately & arrived within minutes

Pros: Very friendly and accommodating to deal with. They picked me up from the terminal and for drop off, they drove me to a petrol station in order to fill up so I didn’t have to add finding a petrol station to me drop off which was early in the morning.

Pros: Very friendly staff, efficient with forms, payments and inspections.

Cons: I rented for 3 weeks and need to extend the hire by 1 1/2 days and the cost was not pro-rata. I would have thought that given how much I had already spent that there would have been some compromise here, say 40 euros.

Pros: Rod was at arrivals and took us directly to compound to start our hire. Car was clean, with minor damage all clearly marked on paperwork and pointed out by Rod on inspection. Rod was on-site on return, checked car in, returned deposit and took us directly to airport for flight home.

Cons: Nothing. Couldn’t have been better.

Pros: Puts the larger companies to shame.

Cons: There was some travel on the clutch peddle but given the terrain in Cyprus this did not surprise me. Also the fuel gauge was faulty, but as all I had to do was fill the tank on return this was not an issue.

Pros: Possibly the easiest car rental firm I’ve ever dealt with. Genuine, friendly, and helpful; they were great! I’d happily recommend and use them in future.

Cons: Fast, friendly, and efficient. There were no little plastic desks to identify certain sized issues, no spotlighting of the car to identify the slightest mark, no rubbing their hands around the timer to find the slightest bit of damage. It was an honest, family run firm who started and finished a great holiday!

Pros: Our flight was delayed which made our landing outside of opening hours, the rental agent tracked our flight and hung on for us despite being passed midnight by the time we collected the car and he picked us up right outside the airport and was very friendly.

Cons: Car collection is off site and the base is off in a quiet little lane in what feels like the middle of nowhere, so make sure you have data to Sat Nav it back for drop off! I wouldn't say it would put me off renting again though, it's about 5 mins to the airport and the agents pick you up and drop you off.
