Once you have collected your luggage, please call 1300 729 230 (for international customers call +61 3 6165 0838) and follow the prompts for shuttle bus pick up.
Exit the terminal doors closest to the car rental counters. Turn left and walk past the taxi rank. After passing the taxi rank, you will see a footpath with a green and blue line painted on it. Ensure both colors present on the footpath. Please follow the lines until you see the signage for “courtesy coach pickup zone”. Please allow up to 20 minutes for shuttle to arrive.
