Cons: The only minor thing was that the car smelt a little of cigarette smoke.

Pros: Was so fast we had the keys by the time the baggage belt started. Having the car rental in the baggage hall is a brilliant idea.

Pros: Good range of cars to choose from and it was lovely to drive

Cons: The car was supposed to have a full tank but was only 2/3rds full. The inside wasn't very clean and the outside have a couple of big scratches with dents.

Pros: Very efficient service that was quick!

Cons: The different name that the desk comes under as opposed to the name you booked with. This causes confusion when trying to find the desk. It should be made clear what name to look for when locating the desk. We had to google and then go to enquiries before we found the desk!
