Cons: They had to get the car from another rental company, which took about 20 minutes. The paper work said the car had 3/4 of a tank of fuel but it only had 1/4 . The car had done approx 400km more than the paperwork said. There weren't any "Hi Viz" jackets. The car was grubby inside. There was peanut butter and olive oil in the spare wheel well.

Pros: Friendly service

Cons: Car had to be changed on day 2 because of an engine warning light. Both the original and replacement cars had warnings for sensors not working. No compensation given for driving back to a Cicar office to replace the faulty car.

Cons: Very long queue on pick up compared to other care hire desks. Could have done with a couple more representatives to keep the queue moving. Probably queueing for 30 minutes.
