Pros: Cicar was very efficient at the pickup point processing a large group of people arriving there. But we waited surprisingly short time. Car was really new and clean. Drop off was just as easy and efficient. We will deginitely look to have a car rented from Cicar again.

Pros: Excellent. I highly recommend Cicar. Never rented a car from them before but very simple and efficient process. More important they are based in the airport and you do not have to wait around for like other rentals being ferried to other places to collect your car.

Cons: None to be honest, brand new cars, very clean and flexibility to drop the car where you like at no extra cost.

Cons: everything was fine .....though I nearly put diesel in the car instead of petrol, as the fuel cap was marked 'Gasolina' which looks the same as the name on the diesel pump to a foreigner. Better fuel markings would be useful

Pros: Very quick, courteous and efficient service both on pick up and drop off. The car itself met my needs and was clean and undamaged on pickup.

Cons: The car has very little fuel in it which I did not expect. I would prefer full to full.

Cons: Long queue to pick up the car, the car itself had done epic mileage and the engine made some weird rattling sounds, also it was not the car I was hoping for, but it did the job.

Pros: Once my Daughter complained about the first car in SPANISH, they did sort out a nice car.

Cons: They tried to pass off a car with 104k km on us. I would definitely not use them again. The return process was terrible. After about 20 mins queuing to get into the car park, there was nowhere to park the cars or check damage, fuel returned etc...nightmare of a company

Cons: First car had a faulty seatbelt but was swapped for another straight away.
