Please kindly inform us the stand you are at and we will drive round to where you are. We will head back to our office less than 10 minutes away to finalize paperwork and payment.

Cons: There was an almost one hour wait for the shuttle on arrival and had to find our own way back on departure as the they have only one shuttle van and that was more than 20 minutes away. Very unsatisfactory.

Pros: They had a free shuttle service. The young man that was dealing with everything was lovely and kept apologising for my wait then the condition of the car

Cons: They were understaffed and took time before I could get to speak to someone, then even longer for them to collect me. The small car I received had lots of marks on and the engine power was not good at all.

Pros: Staff efficient and helpful. Also drove us back to our airport hotel when we dropped the car off in the afternoon which was really helpful as our flight had been bought forward 90 mins and left at 0600 the following morning.

Pros: An extra insurance fee of $150 dollars was required when driving a distance over 500 km from Perth. That’s not a lot in WAustralia. Not mentioned anywhere until I was at desk. The car then became expensive for what it was.

Cons: Had to add a large number of dents etc to their pre prepared damage list. This should had been done by them before I arrived. I could have been blamed for them. The car was old with 156000 kms on reading. Worn leather seats. It went ok though. Cleaning top show. Webs and food could be seen in tight area between seat and gearshift at pickup
