Cons: When we arrived at the rental place all went well apart from trying to sell the toll road pass, this is daylight robbery with the options they give you and also they never gave an option of not taking one of the options until I mentioned it. I was staying with family so was not using my car so I just wanted the option to pay if needed, for this I had to pay 8usd each day even if not used. You really do not need the toll pass, The I4 has a none toll lanes and just the express lane where you need.

Cons: After a long flight, we faced a very high pressure sell with the SunPass E-Toll - told there was no alternative other than to pay $9.95 pday for its activation for every day of our trip (incl.days not driving)+tolls. This is v expensive and talking to others, SunPass doesn't cost anything like this to use & activate, plus it is possible to pay for many tolls in cash or buy a visitors pass. This is a money making scam exploiting visitors who are frightened with potential fines if it's not taken

Pros: Collection of car was very good & it was an excellent drive

Cons: I rented a GPS from Discover Cars providing it can be set up to avoid Tolls. A member of there team sat in my car & set it up to avoid tolls. When i returned car they gave me a bill for toll violations for $509.83. I disputed this & showed them the GPS which clearly indicated that it was set up to avoid tolls. They telephoned the staff member who had set up my GPS & he claimed that he could not recall doing it (clearly lying). They also billed me for wing damage which i am also disputing.
