Cons: Quite a walk dragging luggage to their stand in car park 4.

Pros: The pick-up & drop-off went exactly as it should have!!!!

Cons: The non negotiable deposit was taken from my credit card immediately, but 5 days later I am still waiting fir my deposit to be refunded to my card!!!!!!!

Cons: Very noisy at the pick up desk with everyone crowded together. It was a struggle to hear information.

Pros: Great vehicle. Easy to get in and out of car park. Returning the car was so easy and the staff member was really helpful and had a good sense of humour.

Cons: The desks felt chaotic and loud and signage was not great to know what desk to go to. It would be helpful to have clearer signage, clear ques for each desk and maybe parking space numbers would be good so it was easy to find your car.

Pros: The staff at Drive4fun were friendly and not pushy in any way. There wasn't any talk of car upgrades or insurance sales and I was given the exact car I had booked. It made car rental a refreshing and pleasant experience, unlike previous experiences.

Cons: My only criticism is that I wasn't shown the car controls or informed of local driving laws. All of this was easily picked up and is no way a reflection on the service I recieved.

Pros: These were one of the best renters we have used in Portugal. The staff were fantastic and you did not feel that they were trying to force sell you insurance during pick-up, also compared to other companies I have used the dropoff was so much more relaxed, a previous company charged us a large amount of money for damage they said we had done under the door sill of the car, drive4fun were so much more relaxed. I will definitely use again.

Cons: just waiting , it was busy. only two agents and initially you are a bit confused about who is in the hut and wh sets up outside.

Cons: Car had numerous dents, scratches and marks which were not fully marked on the rental docs.

Cons: I would have preferred a full fuel tank to return full, but at 7/8 full how was I supposed to judge this? Luckily, an 8th of a tank got me to the airport from my resort. I did not like having to pay up front for a toll road transponder as I had no intention of using the few toll roads in my area - I now have to wait for a refund - this does not happen with other providers.

Pros: I liked the auto toll facility in the car. Also, car proved reliable. Agents were friendly if a little stressed by numbers of people checking in. Car was good value.

Cons: The check-in process could be better. I'd like to see details entered over the web not needing to be handwritten again by agents on pieces of paper. The hut was a bit chaotic.

Cons: Drive4Fun has not yet returned the €20 fee which is charged automatically in Portugal when you rent a car - in anticipation of the use of Autobahn. As we didn't use, they said that the money should be refunded but it is a week later and no money has yet been refunded. I guess it may take a bit more of time.
