Pros: The car had a higher mileage and few more scratches etc but it was well presented and I was very pleased.

Cons: Could be a bit clearer on arrival at terminal 2 that the transport to the car pick up destination is in terminal 1. Maybe a sign post saying “Easirent” as I drove past the place a few times before I could find it when returning the car.

Pros: Friendly staff at hire desk. Clean car.

Cons: My only issue is the pick up and drop off by hire company to and from the airport. Seemed to be only one person driving back and forth and if you missed him you had to wait longer. Could do with having 2 drivers on the road. Having said that the car hire place is close to the airport so once in the mini van it didn't take too long. The little notice in the van window with the hire company name on it could do with being bigger and better too.

Pros: Dropping off was easy. Finding location was a bit tricky so just put in business park details. Car run smooth even tho heavily dented.

Cons: Waiting for the shuttle bus, location confusing (terminal 1 at taxi rank) Dublin. car rental location bit shabby and also office.

Cons: Hired a manual and was given an automatic and the car was bashed all over. But got me from A to B for the few days.

Pros: No fuss car hire, collection was quick and streamlined

Cons: We had to wait over an hour to get the free shuttle bus pickup from Dublin airport to get to the car pickup points, not enough free shuttle buses half the family got a taxi in the end to the hire car pickup point as we could not all get in the minibus

Cons: There is NO Zone 18 that they direct you to.... its the car park! The centre is too far from the airport. The car had a few scratches.

Cons: EASIRENT service was 1st class . Unfortunately DISCOVER CARS the booking agent LET ME DOWN by not informing me that i needed my national insurance number so they could check my driving record. This caused quite a delay as i had to find someone to locate it for me

Cons: Took nearly 45 minutes to get the car, didn't get the car I ordered but got one similar, Instructions for pick up at the airport said Zone 18 but that zone was large with no signage for the rental company

Pros: Very quick and efficient service from booking, collection and return

Cons: One one minor issue which we reported at collection with tyre air pressure - they asked us to keep an eye on it and we had to purchase a mobile tyre inflator as it kept dropping over the 5 days that we had the car. This was logged on the form when we returned the car.
