Arriving through the Airport - The transfer from the airport to Easirent is operated by National Express – Hotel Hoppa Heathrow Terminal 2 – H2D Bus Departs every 45 minutes past from 04:45 to 16:45 Heathrow Terminal 2 – H2C Bus Departs every 10 minutes past from 05:10 to 08:10 then 15 minutes past to 16:15 then every 30 minutes past from 17:30 to 22:30. The Hoppa bus does not operate between 12 and 1pm. Heathrow Terminal 5 – H5C Bus Departs every 20 minutes past from 05:20 to 08:20 then every 30 minutes past from 09:30 to 22:30 Heathrow Terminal 5 – H5E Bus Departs every 50 minutes past from 05:50 to 07:50 then on the hour from 09:00 to 15:00 H5C does not operate at 13:30 (All collections outside arrivals areas- End Location, Easirent Office next to Moxy Hotel) Non Airport Collection - Please collect from our office located at Moxy Hotel, 804-834 Bath Road Heathrow, Airport, West Drayton, Hounslow TW5 9UH To receive a free shuttle bus you will need to show the booking voucher. Cons: Discover car info about the company is wrong. No out of hours drop off. the company opens at 6 am. you need to get on the hotel hopper free of charge , by showing your booking to the driver. other wise you pay to travel on the bus.

Pros: Brilliant team at service desk - fully committed to customer care and well being - an asset to the Company (Mr. Kam) I think....car was excellent - well prepared.

Cons: Bit more clarity about shuttle service from airport and back. I know its not yours but needs improvement. Not regular enough - COVID is an issue but may cause delay in getting to car rental site.
