Pros: I thought I reserve an automatic car, when I got there I was wrong ! and had reserved a manual. the guy at the front desk hustled to find & set up me gett8ng an automatic. Saved my trip!!
Pros: Now, this rental car service isn’t AT the airport, but they do provide a shuttle from the bus terminal that takes you directly there. That said? It was easily 1/3 the cost AND the agents were wonderful to deal with! I really liked my car too. I’ll definitely use them again.
Cons: It took a few calls to get through to the office to have them send the shuttle bus, but they answered the 3rd call and sent the shuttle right away.
Pros: Mo was very friendly and concerning
Cons: A shift in deal insurance from full cover expected on booking via internet to having to pay more for full cover. It felty a little under hand. Also reception area had a smell kin to toilet smells like plumbing needed to be done. Felt sorry for those working in that environment.

Cons: i was charged extra for deposit as the company did not accept AMEX cards even though the website said they do and the consultant confirmed this before I booked, I even called Discovercars when I was there and the lady confirmed they should accept it. when i arrived to collect car they said they had changed machines two week prior and the new machine did not accept amex therefore I had to use a different card with smaller deposit and pay £53 extra.
