Pros: Very helpful staff, I got upgraded as I had to purchase more insurance, the upgrade car was awesome
Cons: More the service with discover cars selling full insurance but it being difficult to get money back if something happens. Would be easier to promote buying insurance direct as I have now paid discover cars for insurance I didn't use
Pros: Car was a bit dirty inside and had obviously hard quite a hard life. Lots of little dents and scratches which were noted on collection so no problem really. I usually use GM who's cars seem to be newer and being a regular I always get an upgrade, 2nd time using Easirent as GM had no cars available and they were a good alternative at a great price. Had to extend for a few days and found doing that online was very easy.
Cons: Car was a Toyota Aygo that had seen better days, nothing wrong mechanically but lots of cosmetic damage.
