Pros: Friendly staff, clear information. When the car got damaged we got a very personal service and replacement car very efficiently.

Cons: Cars slightly older, so no android / apple play type functionality.

Pros: Had really nice little white car for 3 weeks and it was 330.00 euros, bargain, free pick up and drop off at the airport aswell, fantastic.

Pros: Άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και συνέπεια στην παράδοση και παραλαβή του αυτοκινήτου και στη μεταφορά από και προς το αεροδρόμιο. Το αυτοκίνητο ήταν καλύτερο και από αυτό που αρχικά κλείσαμε.

Pros: Very courteous staff and refreshingly didn't try to add on extra insurance policies.

Cons: A large holding deposit was required but as long as you follow the instructions then you will get this back when dropping off the car in the condition you received it in.

Pros: Very friendly helpful staff, providing a budget car that met our needs and budget, not new but perfect for us.

Cons: The only niggle was that the money required as a hold in case of problems, was actually taken from our account not blocked. This meant we lost a little on the exchange rate difference between the beginning and end of the hire period despite taking the option to have it in £, and had a little hassle with our credit card as our statement date was in the middle of our holiday. And the refund, which was quick, happened in the following billing period.

Cons: With other companies they took the damage deposit but didn't process it, because the deposit was fully processed we incurred foreign transfer charges and now have to wait for a refund.

Pros: Wonderful hand over and drop off. Excellent help and attention. I had a 'Note' and it was exceptionally clean and in good condition. Although it was sound to have a screw in one of the tyres I popped back and it was repaired instantly.

Pros: Friendly agent at arrivals, quickly arrived at the compound. Agent that dealt with booking was friendly as we took the car. Booked a small car and got a bigger car for no extra cost.

Cons: Security deposit was €900 which is a little steep but ok. When returning the car they go round with a mirror to check the underside of car. And commented how there was a small scratch “under the bumper but we will let you off” so next time i use them, il take pictures underneath the car too in case they decide not to “let me off” for something i don’t think i did…

Pros: Great team, helped us out with an issue and ended up swapping cars. Good value for money and super easy service to use with the shuttle service from the airport

Cons: The digital screens in most of the cars are in a foreign language, bit of a pain as you can’t use the built-in GPS and it’s impossible to pair via Bluetooth as you need to follow instructions with a pin. We called up the team and they managed to find us one of the odd cars they had in English so sorted promptly but I imagine in peak season this isn’t as feasible

Cons: They didn't specified that I am not able to use car on sandy roads. They informed me about that only when I was getting car in their office and it was at the night time. I was not able to pick the car in another rental company. In the contract was said I am not able to take car off road, which is fine, but I sandy road is not an off road. This spoiled 1/3 of my vacation trip, because for some of the destinations there are only sandy roads. Rental company answer was "We don't want you go there"

Pros: Elephant went the extra mile, the paperwork said the office closed at midnight so as our plane was delayed we thought we would have to pick the car up the next day. We walked out the airport at 1am to be met by a smiling ex pat holding an Elephant sign.

Cons: I was a little bit worried about the ‘off road’ policy. With a fine in place for vehicles going off road, which is quite understandable, but the condition of some of the car parks we used were quite worrying

Pros: As a customer, I was treated in a very friendly and respectful manner. After vehicle inspection, they allowed me and my elderly dad to stay on their premises, so we decided to munch something before departing to the airport. Upon return, they were having brunch, very appealing Greek food, and I was invited to join in. I was offered a local delicasey which I couldn't turn down as resembled a portuguese "pastel de bacalhau". Lovely and friendly people with professionalism all the way.

Cons: Despite the free vehicle upgrade, from mdmr to cdmr, the vehicle had some clear scratches in the front bumper and some minor scratches on the body work, which was visible from the pictures they had provided. Despite this, it was overall an acceptable nice vehicle that performed as it should.

Pros: Easy staff, friendly and talkative. Gave us plenty of things to look out for so we got our deposit back in full, for example under the car is inspected so watch out for high kerbs and potholes etc that might scratch underneath.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was peachy. Oh the windscreen wash didn't work but they emailed and called to change car the following day but I declined as I knew the car wouldn't be used as often as I originally planned.
