Pros: EPI Rent was value for money and amazing service, friendly staff. Fast pick up and drop off the car without any issues. The car was brilliant and in perfect condition. The service at the EPI desk and the driver, who picked us up from the airport was very professional and with positive vibes :)

Cons: I was charged 600 euros, for a cap on the speed limiter stalk, which kept popping off. This was not my fault, but still charged.

Pros: Really friendly staff, pretty quick to get paperwork sorted. Car was modern (Seat Ibiza FR) and clean.

Cons: A little uncertain when the shuttle bus would arrive at the airport. On returning the car there was a queue out of the door - would be good if there were clear signs whether to queue or drop the keys off. I asked a staff member who was on their way to the shuttle and he quickly got us sorted and on the bus.

Pros: Really friendly, helpful staff and a very good service. No nonsense turnaround and no problems. I never get round to reviewing car rentals, but felt compelled to this time, as EPI Rent a Car were a pleasure to rent from.

Pros: They were so helpful and their relaxed attitude helped me to be more relaxed. It was easy to find their staff at the airport despite the late hour and the 5 minute trip to the shop location was easy to find on the way home. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Pros: EPI were excellent in all aspects. Paula and Diego were very friendly and acredit to EPI.

Pros: The assistant who gave us the car was really helpful and quick.

Cons: We had to wait around 40 minutes at the airport for the shuttle bus to pick us up as they didn’t come to the place we were asked to wait after they had dropped someone else off. When I dropped car off the man has intimated I had broken a bit of the door, luckily I had taken photos when I picked the car up to prove it was already like that.

Pros: EPI were very pleasant and very helpful. There was no trying to sell you anything else. The lady at the desk was extremely helpful.

Cons: Found it a little tricky to find but only because I got a taxi to the pick up point rather than the shuttle bus pick up .

Pros: Mainly the customer service. We emailed the day before to change our main driver and received an email confirming that had been done within 10 minutes. The person who gave us our car at Faro was fantastic - quick service and went above and beyond to direct us to the nearest large supermarket.

Pros: Best ever car rental I have experience with. Absolutely hassle free rental. Next time will book with them too.

Pros: Everything went smoothly and efficiently - nice car in very good condition.

Cons: The only negative is that there was only a small amount of petrol in the tank - I filled the car up and used maybe a fifth of the tank but wasn’t offered a refund on the “excess” petrol.

Pros: Good service and reasonably priced, one of the best I’ve used in 20yrs renting from Faro.

Cons: We have used the car park 4 pick-up point before, but for those who are unfamiliar with the location it is not so easy to find, also a bit of a trek with all your luggage

Pros: Pretty much everything - good communication, helpful, efficient - simple transfer from airport to rental desk, to actually collecting the car. Handover so quick & easy, with fast return to airport.

Cons: As above - efficient, friendly, helpful, good communication, well organised - 10 out of 10 service from start to finish.

Pros: No fuss, quick and efficient at both pick up and return. Shuttle bus driver also very good and quick, only waited a few minutes at the airport.
