When leaving the arrivals building, take an immediate left turn and follow the sideway 300 meters following the signs indicating “Courtesy Bus / VTC” . At the end of the terminal, follow the crosswalk to the right to the parking lot where you will find our courtesy bus. This parking lot is located just to the right of the Control Tower

Pros: Nice car

Cons: Firstly, the name of the company had changed. The collection process was very bureaucratic. Rather rudely told to wait in other room until called to the desk. The agent was rather brisk and unfriendly.

Pros: It was efficient and the car was fine. The price was pretty good for 5 days hire. Pickup was good from the airport and dropoff was quick too.

Cons: The upsell on insurance. I do not want to be made to feel like I am going to lose my house and my family (well, the last one is ok) if I had a minor scrape. To be told that if the car breaks down I am not covered and I will be charged hundreds of euros for assistance does not make me feel positive. Why would someone who gives you a car in exchange for money not cover you for their car breaking down? If they didnt try this on, they would get full marks.
