Pros: Friendly, helpful great car value for money

Cons: The discover car insurance is not recognised by Feli rent and if you don’t have a credit card, you will have to pay the Felirent insurance 3x the discover cars insurance price, In the case of having a credit card and declining the Felirent insurance, in the event of an incident, you will have to pay for the damage and then claim it back from discover cars. Also very difficult to get on the phone and currently no office in the airport. We walked 1.2 Kms to the find the office.

Pros: The car was new

Cons: 1. Waiting times are unacceptable - to get pick up from the airport, to get the actual car, to drop it off and being taken back to the airport. We had to wait 1.5 hours to be able to leave with our car m, I would call it a fluke if it wasn’t for the fact that when we were trying to drop off the car the situation at pickup was the same if not worst. 2 - they charge a random cleaning fee (10€) or they expect you to deep clean the car before return 3 - the cars are not cleaned properly

Pros: Lovely car and pleasant agent, would use again

Cons: No seats in the office while waiting. He is on his own in the office and dealing with clients and having to answer the phone and shuttle to and from airport. While he did it well we were waiting on the return drop off longer than we expected so he could do with an assistant.
