Upon arrival at Cancun International Airport and after picking up luggage, one of the Flexways representatives will be waiting in a blue shirt or vest at the following points: - T2 International: in front of the Grab & Go restaurant, at the first door exit on the right. - T2 Domestic: next to the Welcome Bar, at the pre-contract agencies exit. - T3: next to the Margaritaville bar, at the terminal exit on the right. - T4: on platform C, at the pre-contract agencies. If the representative cannot be found or help is needed, please call +525540003802 (Local landline) or +54 911 5259 9877 (Phone and WhatsApp).

Pros: The only problem was the wrong name was put in the sign at the airport exit so we spent 30 mins trying to find each other . However this was just a human error . See below

Pros: Very good communication, we had a technical issue with the car and it was dealt with quickly and we got it exchanged for a better car. Second driver included in the price. They did not force me to pay for additional insurance as I had an external one.

Cons: The first car we got was very basic - no central lock, manual window opening. It took quite long to pick up the car.
