When leaving the terminal, turn left and, without leaving the sidewalk, continue straight ahead torwards the terminals’s glazed building. Right in front you will find the bus-stops E06 and E07, signposted blue. The Gobycar shuttle bus runs every 5 to 10 minutes. In case of any incidence, please call 0034-822 255 559

Pros: Simple and fast service once you reached their office.

Cons: Trip to office involved a long walk to bus then about 15 mins wait before we left. Way back was better as they had two buses running.

Pros: Provided reasonably prices upgraded vehicles.

Cons: The car had existing damages that were not documented on the check out report during collection of the car. Then they were noticed whilst returning the car and resulted in a charge being applied. We had a photo of the front of the car that showed that damages were existing ones. We didn't have a photo of the back of the car where a damage was noticed.

Pros: Good location close to the airport, frequent shuttle service

Cons: Had to sign on the paperwork before inspecting the car, car had multiple pre-existing scratches/dents which were highlighted in the documentation so it was difficult to check for any new ones

Pros: Great little Toyota Yaris cross given at no extra cost instead of normal smaller Yaris, brilliant on fuel and a really nice drive

Cons: To be honest I can’t complain, the rule about credit card needed instead of debit card was in the small print when booking so my own fault for not reading.

Pros: Once I found Gobycar in Tenerife, the service was perfect until the end of our trip! A shuttle bus was provided to take us to the car rental and the rental agent Javier was very friendly, with excellent English. I will definitely recommend GoByCar.

Cons: I think the price difference between manual and automatic is too large. Also, my friend gave me instructions on how to find Gobycar in the Tenerife South, and it was still unclear. Also, it would have been easier if we could use a credit card under someone else's name.
