Pros: Customer service agent was excellent and helped with the issue we had
Cons: The car had been damaged and had no appeal. The blue tooth option on the car had been disabled so we were not able to connect to the car

Pros: The desk was easy to find and the car was in decent condition with only minor exterior damage and no problems during rental period with the cars running.
Cons: When visiting the rental desk on arrival the clerk was very pushy, trying to sell extra insurance that was not needed, this was explained to me when I initially booked the rental car. Clearly the clerks are paid a commission when they convince anyone to buy this scam insurance. This left a bad feeling over the entire first day of our trip and has put me off renting a car from here again.
Pros: Quickly processed collecting and dropping off.
Cons: The car was badly scuffed. So many it was difficult to identify and photo each mark. The bright sun made it difficult to photo, too much glare.
