Cons: The main customer service office in Romania didn’t speak much English or Hungarian so it was difficult to communicate when we had a problem

Cons: The wait at the airport. We were waiting for over half an hour to be picked up. The driver on the return was a bit miserable and not very helpful. He dropped us off at Arrivals which left us confused about where we should go.
