Cons: Car rental provider has terrible customer service and is extremely rude. Not the dodgy practices they have but pre-charging for petrol at ridiculous rates which you have no choice but to pay for upon pick up. The cars themselves are a bit dated compared to other car rental companies but they did work. I wouldn't use this company again!

Cons: I was charged a one-off fee of 30 euro which was not included in the original contract as well as a half-to-empty petrol fee of 48 euro when I spent 20 euro to fill half the tank so in essence additional money taken from the car rental

Pros: The car drive well and had excellent brakes.

Cons: Being made to pay around €60 in advance for half a tank of fuel. This is more than double the actual cost of the fuel. Being charged an extra £25.00 "location fee" because it is in the airport. (I used sicily by car last year - no charge) And finally, the car air con was useless and the car condition was very poor in general.

Pros: Good price. easy collection and return process

Cons: Good price but car not in good condition on collection. Very difficult to drive in Maltese roads with little power under the bonnet. Also pre charged 40 euros for half a tank of fuel but when I refuelled it only cost 20. Also because I bought separate car insurance the car hire company put a 1100 euro block on my holiday travel card which then restricted my use of it on holiday significantly

Pros: Very quick and helpful customer service via email. This could not have been better.

Cons: Car was relatively old and the fabric seats needed a good clean with detergent (not just a hoover). Agent at airport tried to force us to buy waiver excess insurance. Agents in car park were disinterested when handing over the car.
