Pros: Car was clean and drove well

Cons: I had trouble locating the shuttle bus pick up area at Sydney. There is no signage to indicate where shuttle buses stop, nor any indication of where area 4-7 is. I contacted the office but did not receive clear instructions with a map until hours after I collected my car

Pros: it was an easy pick up

Cons: quick look around outside of car to say yes it's OK when dropped off no one checked it with you just depending on there say so, also got sat nav as an extra and it was an old garmin plug in even though it had a large touch screen without sat nav

Pros: They instantly changed our car for another when the mobile phone would not connect and provide satnav. I recommend you include this feature in your promotion - it was worth its weight in gold. Sydney tolls (many) are very conveniently paid automatically + $1 fee. They have 2-3000 cars, all white, immaculately presented and any small scratches meticulously touched up after each rental.

Cons: They would not provide a a written receipt when I handed back the car. I believe this is important so that all the necessary details are recorded and agreed at the time. Sending it later by email is not satisfactory, especially when you ae away from home and do not have easy internet access.
