Pros: Our plane was late arriving and I did not get to the desk until 10 pm. One member of the Rental staff was still there waiting for me alone. He dealt with the paperwork quickly and I proceeded to the car park where I had difficulty finding my car because it had been parked, in a Hertz parking space. However, we were helped once again by the same member of staff who had come to the car park on his way home and he found the car. He was very helpful.

Cons: My copy of the rental agreement was supposed to be emailed to me. I never found it.

Pros: Everything went really smoothly and quickly, and we where on our way within a very short space of time.

Cons: I was a little concerned after I noticed some damage on the car at pick up that hadn't been flagged when I checked in.So as an improvement suggestion, perhaps someone should accompany the customer to the car to conduct the check before they leave.

Pros: Good car. I had difficulty starting it and the staff helped, but didn't make clear that I had to depress a pedal while turning the key. A friend told me this later.

Cons: I could have been told where to fill up on return. I couldn't find a filling station and incurred a charge. Only after I'd returned the car and reported it unfilled was I told where the filling station was.

Pros: Any glitch, like the credit card we used, was sorted out.

Cons: Full tank was required upon return. How to ensure that I put in the right amount of diesel. It took two of us one to fill up and the other to watch the guage. Also I missed the ramp for the car returns and had to go out of the airport and back in. Sign for car return on the final ramp was too small.
