Pros: Easy to reach in the Airport car park.

Cons: Despite having checked in online it did not appear to help speed the collection process up! I did not like all the add on sales items e.g. breakdown cover. How can the customer be at fault if the car breaks down. It should be part of the service!!

Pros: OK Mobility where very clear precise and surprisingly fast, considering some of the reviews I red, within 8 minutes of picking up a ticket announcing my arrival I was getting served at the desk

Cons: It was not OK Mobility’s fault that Discovercars did not make clear, that even when you pay the price for top cover, no mention at all was made that road side assistance for hire cars is €500 per call-out unless you pay 90% of your car hire price again to get properly covered. I was very disappointed Discovercars did not make this clear at any stage of renting the car. Thank you OK Mobility for pointing this out.

Pros: the drop off was quick

Cons: The rental agents were rude very slow and unprofessional, OK Rent a car did not recognise the insurance taken with dicovercars and were pushing for a very high price insurance from them. The price of the insurance offered was same as the total value of the rental. I will never use brokers to hire a car.

Pros: Nice car, easy to use facilities, good price, overall friendly staff.

Cons: I am a logistics professional, and hire many cars over the year; I have become accustomed to thorough checks of the vehicle, taking photos all around the vehicle, detailing existing damage. Upon returning the car, it was suggested that the car had new damage, which - with photos - I was able to prove was not the case. The existing process for recording damage puts the responsibility on the hirer, which is going to create problems for some.
