Ok Mobility at Palma de Mallorca Airport

Pros: Overall very good - staff are great and vehicles are great.

Cons: Took 90 minutes to be seen at collection desk.

Pros: Dropping off was good service and easy to find

Cons: Very long wait to collect car and queuing system was managed badly with fast track bookings being priorities and people not knowing whether they had a fast track or normal booking

Cons: We had to wait 2 hours to pick up the car

Pros: Once you got to the front desk then the rental agent was well-spoken and super efficient and he explained every step throughout.

Cons: The instructions are not very clear where is the OK Mobility desk. should mansion that the desk is outside the baggage room. Also, the wait was quite long to get to the desk. Maybe you should prioritize the customers who can go first in the line if they have made the online booking already.

Pros: Location inside the airport

Cons: Cleanliness of the car especially the windscreen - very dirty Previous damage to the car

Cons: Only problem was finding the desk on arrival

Pros: Car was great, hybrid which was easy to use and very fuel efficient

Cons: Check in process at Palma airport was chaotic and very inefficient as you were assigned a ticket but you had no idea where you were in the queue and it appeared random on who was called next and we waited over an hour before we were served

Pros: All the staff were really nice (shouts to Ayena who instantly put us at ease and I hope I've spelled your name correctly). The car was almost new and clean tho a basic spec - man I missed parking sensors in a Caravelle... Also, I liked the QR code thing at the pickup counter to create a queue although I'm sure a few older customers might find it a bit confusing. There's something glorious about quietly walking by the other hire companies who have massive queues full of grumpy looking people

Cons: That way that no company (not just OK) adds existing damage to the notes of the car and you have to prove you didn't do it once you return it. Once you accept that YOU MUST FILM THE CAR IN LOADS OF DETAIL before you drive away and be sure to HAVE SOMEONE CHECK OVER THE CAR TO CLOSE THE BOOKING WHEN YOU RETURN and you'll be just fine.

Pros: Please remove them from your panel, they are dishonest.

Pros: The OK Mobility person who handled our collection at Palma Airport was extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons: OK Mobility has 2 desks at Palma Airport, close to each other. We saw no signage for what each desk is for, and having queued for about 40 minutes we were told we were in the wring queue and would have to join the end of the queue for the other desk. We queued in total for about 70 minutes, which was a disappointing start to our holiday and could have been reduced if proper signage was provided by OK Mobility.

Pros: Used about 15min to get keys and only 5 min to deliver car. Nice and clean car + friendly/helpful staff both at pickup and delivery locations.

Cons: Quite high deposit on the car (€2000)

Pros: Pretty efficient at the desk, no great extra insurance sale push for once! Didnt have the very small car I actually booked which was a bit annoying as booked that for a reason but extremely good replacement and obviously at no extra cost. Key given at desk so no extra queue in car park to get the key there.

Cons: Will know for next time but return a bit tricky as in main car park at Palma airport not usual hire returns but managed to find entrance and good return experience. Deposit took at least a week to drop off my credit card, however it was always only pending, so didn't have to actually be refunded.

Pros: I have been using Ok for several years now and know their ways both good and less good !

Cons: They have recently stopped issuing a copy of the contract you sign at the desk which includes any existing damage to the car to you via email.

Pros: Accept more credit cards for deposit. And improve system for queuing as a lot of time was wasted due to people not being there but ticket was issued and also keep max to separate checking in lines one for priority other for rest as now there 3 or 4 different ones it’s confusing and lots of time wasted

Pros: It all worked exactly how it should and the 2 people I dealt with (pick up and drop off) were very chirpy and helpful. They also offered me a range of car upgrades for 2E and 5Euro per day so I took them up on the offer.

Cons: Not specific to OK Rent A Car but all hire cars are monumentally expensive this year. Also when I left the car pick up point I came to a car park exit barrier and had to call the security person to work out how to get out of the car park. It worked out in the end but I wasn't told this was what I had to do. It may just have been a brand new car that wasn't registered on the parking barrier yet. The security person sorted it easily.

Pros: Very quick and efficient service. Easy location in the terminal. Car was virtually new.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Dropping the car back was very fast and trouble free. A very pleasant girl check the car over quickly and then we were told everything is fun we are good to go.

Cons: The time it took at the airport car rental desk to sort out the car, I even took the trouble to fill in the pre pick up personal information . Add the pushiness of the staff in trying to sell you extra insurance when we had taken out fully covered insurance when we booked car on line. She just would not stop trying to up sell us for extras we did not need. Don’t do it!
