Pros: Stained and dirty interior

Cons: They tried to charge me for a stain on the rear seat , luckly I had a picture with it since Ipicked up the car. The stain was not on mentioned on the inspection form although the staff said he knew it's there do not worry.. however I took pictures!

Cons: The deposit was not unblocked straight away as usual. No reason given. The car had a few defects that were not registered before the rental agreement.
