Cross the road and wait next to the green Aerobus stop. There you will see our shuttle bus, a free service that will take you in comfort from the terminal to our office in less than 5 minutes. Pros: Good quality of car, simple to understand roles. Reasonable price.

Cons: Check in process was toi long, we spent in the office three hours waiting even, I picked au the number 9 to speed yp the process and number 6 was just sorted up. Then I piched up the other, normal number and was 14 people in front of me. Finally I have been called from the longer waiting queue, not from the faster one.

Pros: Once we arrived it was a good service provided.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that we didn't receive a copy of the paperwork for the rental after returning the car. If something was wrong with the car and I didn't have any paperwork I would struggle to prove my case.

Cons: Very busy site but only one person of staff attending. First day they gave me a broken car. I had to stay long hours on the motorway trying to call ( my day lost) . I probably did 30 calls but no answer because of shortage staff. They replace me a smaller car " i am tall" and the car need it some air on the tyres and need it to refill the ad-blue. I Recommend nobody to rent a car from them. I had better experiences with other sites in portugal.

Pros: Very fast to take the car back after the rental and run through the necessary checks. Deposit payments were also cleared back into my account quickly.

Cons: The car was needing some repairs to the bodywork from a previous rental. Although it didn't affect the performance of the vehicle it doesn't give a good impression.
