Cons: Nevee ended up getting a car as they wanted to charge me €900 then refund me on the basis nothing was wrong with the car upon returning. A deposit isnt normally done this way.

Pros: Royal Rental cars we used in Crete who were shift in organising both at picking up and and dropping them back - especially Maria at our drop the was not only through with the check and the documentation at the time of return but also was shift taking into consideration our flight time.

Cons: Can improve the signposting form the Crete airport arrivals to their shop so that customers can easily find them even at the out of hours times.
