Pros: There was no service provided by them.

Cons: & to call when landed. We called, about 20 times. No answer. We called discover cars & informed that they only had the same number we had been calling and to wait until morning, however said our car may not be available. Appalling customer service from both companies. We eventually hired a car elsewhere.

Pros: Good clear description of which exit to use from the airport to find transfer bus Bigger car then expected at a very very affordable price Bus driver and receptionist both very pleasant and helpful Car pick and return done efficiently and quickly

Cons: On exiting the airport to find the transfer bus it was not clear where to find the bus,and also car hire was known as Auto One not Surprice...confusing The car could have been cleaner inside,and hwere it was parked was close to shrubbery with alot of flies...got numerous bites
